We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location to hospitals in East Melbourne. The hotel was very close to the 109 tram on Victoria Parade, making it easy to get into the city center and visit the city sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All good.

It is well located with the parks near by offering a country feel although you are next to the city. You also have shop across the road to buy all you need to stay in and cook for yourself, of you can get take away. Over all it is the location that i liked the most.

Comfy beds, just right! Stayed here for a night. Easy 15-minute walk to Rod Laver Arena 🚶, and close to other popular tourist spots nearby.

Convenient to the venue we were attending, and close to the city via public transport.
My only criticism would be that the sofa in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the apartment was fine.

The location was very convenient for my work meetings, with a supermarket and take away option nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with good wifi connection.
The room was very dated and had a strange smell in the kitchen. the staff were hard to find when needed, and the TV only had a few channels.

Close to where we needed to be, and the staff were friendly.
To many steps if you have a pram.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, even after our flight delay. The apartment was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Plus, there was a shopping arcade and café nearby, making it convenient to grab a quick bite.
The apartment could use some updates, as the décor felt outdated and there was peeling paint on the door frame. the living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable.

Walking distance to supermarket and hospital. Excellent spot for overnight accom for outpatients or people having early morning day surgery. For example children needing surgery at the mercy hospital.
Windows need an external clean. Smoking outside rooms by others enters through door gaps and bathroom vents. Would be nice if venue was a smoke free environment. All in all these two points are very minor

Location and parking
Yes, the fire alarm malfunctioning at 4.38am, calling the help number provided and being told we'd have to fix it ourselves by climbing on a stool to remove the battery. Not what we were looking forward to doing after a flight from LA. When we mentioned it to the person on the desk, we got little more than a shrug, certainly no apology for a bad experience.
